The Newton Mansion with it’s classic beauty and charm was the perfect back drop for this beautiful sunny summer wedding . With an adorable dress and sparkly shoes, this day was full of thoughtful details.

The couple opted for a first look, and all portraits before the ceremony, which is such a great option! We always have a more relaxed time and as an added bonus, they get to attend their own cocktail hour!

After we took a few portraits of the bride and groom, we made sure to also capture the family and bridal party. As I said, this really makes a difference in how smooth the day feels for the bride and groom.

Then they said I do. The ceremony was as sweet as these two, sharing the story of how they met at work, after attending the same high school years before.

Let the cocktail hour begin!

And last but not least, a beautiful reception. Full of beautiful flowers, delicious food,  drinks, toasts and stories of the bride and groom from their guests. I have to say, the reception is one of my favorite parts of a wedding, not for the obvious reasons of everyone letting loose, but for the fun stories and creative toasts. I feel like I know the Bride and Groom a little bit better after I hear the funny stories their friends and family share about them.

Oh and nothing can beat that admiration from an adorable little girl, it’s sweeter than all the wedding cake!

And as a grand finale, I wisped these two off the dance floor, for a final souvenir of the beautiful day these two shared.
